The story
It started with a spark.
It started in 2011 as a spark at Apam Senior High School. That spark kept spreading. What began on one campus has grown into a family of young believers.
Today we worship together, pray for our generation and serve the people around us. Across campuses and communities, we're lighting hearts for Christ, one young person at a time.
The name Boanerges means “sons of thunder”, the name Jesus gave to James and John (Mark 3:17). It speaks of bold, fiery faith.

We exist to worship God wholeheartedly, cultivate unshakable faith, and raise a generation of bold prayer warriors and devoted disciples who thrive spiritually, serve compassionately and shine brightly.
